This PR

• attaches a phony stability attribute on core/std dummy items imposed by RAPx, because build-std needs it to compile
  • tests/alias/alias_copy_for_deref $ cargo rapx -alias -- -Z build-std=panic_abort,core,std

• removes the panicking version of retrieving defid fns in favour of the _opt variants, and add contains helper to better searching
